Keeping at it...

the long road...

What road are you on?

You know it and we know it.

Life is hard.

Especially if you're trying to live a life less ordinary.

Then, try taking that 'less ordinary' approach to work with you, and see what that gets you. Chances are you're either playing it safe at work or taking risks or dreaming about taking risks or feeling like you've risked too much and a trip on the 'safer side of things' doesn't look so bad after all.

It's easy to look down at those who opt for a predictable, safer, life.  But just this morning, over breakfast, we were talking about the fact that the key is to be happy.

Regardless of what you do, we hope you're happy, because it seems to us like no amount of money or success will bring you happiness.

And achievement for achievement's sake seems an empty promise.

We know that's cliche, but it's cliche because it's abundantly true.

So as you watch today's show, it's our hope that you feel inspired to do what you need to do (what you must do) to find happiness and fulfillment in your work.

(and the gorgeous chick in the kayak is our Senior Producer's wife.  The reason she's featured is 'cause she's the most overachieving person he knows...)
