Day 3...
The very first day of shooting on TD!
So the race is on to figure out how long I can keep up with updating this baby...
Things are good, and crazy, in the world of THE DAILY.
Co-Host Mark Washington is up to his fabulous eyeballs with 'two-a-days' (practicing TWICE a day--not fun, believe me, I know...) at the B.C Lions training camp and Host Laura-lynn is up to her fake eyelashes (!) taping spectacular (at least that's what I'm being told) interviews that you'll be seeing next month.
Our editors are tearing their hair out trying to get this month's shows done and I'm running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to stay on top of it all.
Crazy...
But there's 'good' in the midst of the 'wild'. Check this quote we got from a viewer watching episode two:
"Okay, I just watched..The Daily on chanel 10 at 10:00pm. I love it, the host is well spoken and the guests are not only knowledgeable but the topics are very much today's issues....well done...I'm a fan."
Cool, right?
Two shows in and they don't HATE us.
Seriously, it's a tough thing pulling together something as complex and evolving as a daily TV show, but we're working hard and are committed to bringing you the best Van-centric, current, spiritually-uplifting-without-being-stupid, show we can.
If you're wondering why the grainy 'behinds the scenes' shot off the top it's 'cause it's from the very first day we ever shot a thing for this series--I took it with my MacBook Pro that's why it's grainy--and that's worth seeing.
