Tonight at 7:00pm on JoyTV10 Vancouver and JoyTV11 Winnipeg followed by repeats tomorrow at 6:30am, 9:00am and 3:30 pm with additional national repeats (on VisionTV) four days a week at 6:30am and 2:30pm.

But, trust us, there'll be plenty of 'light' in the midst of the aforementioned 'heavy'.
